Mr. Ham is a member of the California State Bar, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, California Attorneys for Criminal Justice, San Diego Criminal Defense Bar Association, and La Raza Lawyers Association.  Mr. Ham is licensed to practice law in the State of California and in the United States District Court, Southern District of California.  He earned his bachelor of arts from the University of California at Riverside in 1999 and his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 2002.  In 2002, at age 25, Mr. Ham became licensed to practice law in the state of California.

Mr. Ham speaks fluent Spanish and began his criminal defense legal experience at Federal Defenders of San Diego followed by the state Public Defenders Office where he assisted in the defense of the criminally accused.  Mr. Ham entered private practice in 2003 when he joined a criminal defense law firm.  Mr. Ham left the defense firm to start his own criminal defense practice, focusing on primarily on defending his clients with the highest level of criminal defense.

Mr. Ham practices criminal defense primarily in San Diego and has successfully represented clients in the counties of Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino.  Mr. Ham takes pride in his commitment to providing his clients with the highest level of criminal defense.
